Dr. Annie Casta, MD
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Annie Casta is a board-certified family medicine physician with a fellowship in sports medicine. She received her MD from San Juan Bautista School of Medicine and completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Casta served as a Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and currently holds the position of Medical Director at CIMA Medical Center in Miami Springs, supervising and reviewing charting, coding, and billing of five clinics a month. She has also volunteered as a team physician for the USA Judo and Ski teams and provided medical coverage for the Miami Olympic Regatta. In addition, Dr. Casta has conducted research on ECG screening in NCAA athletes and presented her findings at various conferences. Dr. Casta has received numerous awards, including the Minority Scholarship Program for Medical Students from the AAFP and the Gates Millennium Scholar award.

IV COORDINATOR
Jorge Reyes is an experienced medical professional with a passion for helping others. With 12 years of experience as a paramedic and emergency medical services provider, Jorge has extensive knowledge in the field of emergency medicine. He has also specialized in trauma response for 4 years, making him well-equipped to handle critical situations with ease. As an IV Coordinator, Jorge is responsible for overseeing IV therapy and ensuring that patients receive the necessary fluids and medications. He is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to his patients and is committed to making a positive impact on their lives.
